How to use Forbrain

To start using Forbrain, simply put on the headphones and speak into the microphone with your normal volume as if you were speaking to someone else. No adjustments are necessary since Forbrain is suitable for all ages and head sizes.

Once you are comfortable with the sensation, you can integrate Forbrain into your daily speaking activities. With regular use, your brain's sharpness will increase, simply by using the power of your voice.

If desired, someone can give you instructions by speaking into the additional microphone, or you can connect the headphone jack to a device and train with audio recordings or online sessions.
